Please don't get caught in the high pressure sales tactics of this company and individual.
Upon further research, I have proved that they are NOT willing to provide you with information via email or over the phone, but rather say that they must sit with you in order to explain their products. Multiple times I requested an outline of coverage and multiple times that request was denied.
There is a perfectly good reason for this. They would tell you that they have so many options that they can't send the outline of coverage, but rather need to sit with you to customize your options. Really?! Why can't I read in a printed document what all the options are? No, this is simply a way to get into your house and try and sell you on first visit, BEFORE you get a chance to read all the fine print. These policies have inbuilt limitations which equals a lower price, with smooth sales talk and not showing you exactly how they plans work, you are simply expected to buy based on price along with the persuasive sales pitch.
How do I know this?
- I started my career with Mega Life and Health ( after seeing the holes in the policies I quit after 1 month )
- Anecdotal evidence from potential clients that I have had interactions
- And finally the transcript below that shows the direct dialogue between Adam Gent and myself that was generated through a lead that I submitted.

Dear Rohan,
This email is in response to your request for health insurance. The companies I represent provide a wide variety of health plans that can be customized to fit your needs and budget. This gives you a great deal of flexibility in designing your health insurance coverage. I work to build your plan with you and I have been personally handling the CORALVILLE area for many years.
I'm looking forward to helping you find a health insurance plan that can help save you money.

HI Adam,
I am looking for a HSA compatible product with a deductible around $2700 ... could you please send me over some quotes for something like this... also wondering if you could send me an outline of coverage.
I would also be interested in one of your copay products that has a similar maximum out of pocket... quotes and outline of coverage would be good for this option also.
Thanks
Rohan
Here is a comparison of two policies with similar deductibles of $2500 covering Dr. visits and Rx w/ copays. $25 copay for Dr,/ $10 copay for Rx, $50 for ER, deductibles are cut in half for any and all accidents. You only pay the deductible for hospitalizations and surgury. I don't have any HSA plans because those who had carried them have transferred into the comprehensive insurance products I can offer.
Let me know what you think.

A price comparison chart was attached to the above email... no outline of coverage
Hi Adam,
I need to take a look at the outline of coverage for this product if I could please... can you email that over to me?
Thanks
Rohan
It's not anything I can email. I offer too many products with different outlines. The best way to see it is to take the time and sit with me and go through all of the options. If that's something you want to set up, let me know.
Adam Gent
The above email is designed to get you to set an appointment.. setting the one stop sale.
Hi Adam,
Interesting... so no outlines of coverage at either of these two sites... do I read this as a refusal to get me any outlines of coverage? You want it so that I have NO way to check out the plans before you sit with me? I am doing my homework here and have outlines of coverages from other carriers, your prices look good, but I want to be able to compare apples to apples before I sit down with you.
Let me know.
Thanks
Rohan
I respect what you are trying to do, but our policies are custom fit. There are no pre-made 'outlines' of coverage because every and all policies are different from each other. We have three different ways to cover your Dr visits, two ways of covering Rx, 3 ways to cover ER visits and five different deductible options to match up with three different forms of coverage. I truely wish I was able to send you a nice email of all that we offer, but it is just not doable with our products. I'm sorry for the inconveinience, but I can show you in words some options that are usually taken: $25 copays for medically necessary Dr visits, 8 per adult/16 per child per year. $15 copays for Rx. $50 ER copay for accidents, $75 copay for ER illness. Deductibles are reduced to half for any accident or illness, no deductible is paid for outpatient accidents or illness unless maximum coverage is reached. ($1000 for illness, $2500 for accidents) $2500 max coinsurance(80/20). We pay up to one million per incident/five million lifetime.
If this isn't what you are looking for, please specify.

This email starts to illustrate the holes in the policies... but seriously, I can't get an outline of coverage so that I can see exactly what is covered and what is not??!!
