Here is how this quote engine works.  Once you enter the required information and the correct demographic information, you will be presented with a screen that has quotes from Assurant Health, Humana and Golden Rule (UnitedHealthOne).  Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow your plan options down.

Within 5 minutes of entering your demographic data, you will receive an email from Rohan Phillips.  It will contain links that will provide you with quotes from Wellmark, a link back to the quotes from Assurant Health, Humana and Golden Rule.  It will also contain a link to Coventry One where you will be required to reenter you demographic data again.
